JBK Homes was founded by Jake Kyriazis, a registered builder and experienced carpenter with a passion for quality residential renovations. After years on the tools across new builds, extensions, and detailed renovations, Jake now leads a small, multi skilled team focused on delivering well managed renovation projects.
We don’t outsource the entire build – we’re there, building it ourselves. With most of the work carried out in house, we maintain quality, reduce delays, and keep things tidy throughout the job. You’ll get to know us, and we’ll treat your home with respect.
